Code of Conduct

We are here to preserve the memories of the Russian soldier, both men and women who served their country throughout history. Our organization undertakes this task through education of the general public, preservation of artifacts, and the physical representation and conduct of a military organization. Therefore as a group with a common interest and motivation, it is necessary to outline the basic requirements that are to be adhered to unconditionally by any person that is a member to this unit of organization as designated the 416th Rifle Regiment/112th Rifle Division, Red Army. A WWIIHRS chartered unit.

First and foremost, the unit will not serve as a political, paramilitary, militia or survivalist platform and will not tolerate any such actions from any of its members. Violation of this article will result in immediate banishment from the unit.

As is necessary in a military environment, all members while associating themselves with the 416th Rifle Regiment/112th Rifle Division should:

a. Obey all local and federal laws.

b. Treat other members with common decency and respect.

c. Refrain from profane language/cussing while in public.

d. Adhere to all bylaws of both the HRS and the 416th.

e. Be courteous and considerate to veterans, their memories may be a bit cloudy at times, but they lived what we are doing - they are always right, even when they mix up the facts a little.

f. Adhere to the required minimum uniform standards.

g. Salute all Allied officers when appropriate.

h. Maintain themselves in a modern hygienic manor, even if it should be more so then a soldier of the Soviet armed forces during WWII.

i. Address all other Allied members by their appropriate title when appropriate,

j. Will not command any member to execute any order that would result in the harm of themselves or other members.

k. Carry out all other lawful orders unconditionally and with the utmost of efficiency.

l. Wear the required basic uniform of the 416th regiment at any organizational gathering sanctioned by the HRS or the 416th Infantry.

m. Concur that only members who have rightly earned rank, ribbons, awards etc. are permitted to wear them.

n. Conduct themselves regarding WWII reenacting or the 416th with honesty and integrity.

I have read, fully understand and agree with the Code of Basic Conduct of the 416th Rifle Regiment/112th Rifle Division, WWIIHRS. I also understand that violation of any portion of this code can result in my immediate removal from this unit.
